I actually wasn’t in the fandom when Cascade came out. I did however follow people who were into Homestuck and I just remember that my whole dash exploded with people screaming about it like post after post after post, and I usually didn’t
I really dislike it when people who have zero interest in a fandom or something try to use it as a form of gaining attention or to get someone to notice them and then they get more than people who actually love it and work hard for it.
