artemispanthar: Keep reading right the first time
artemispanthar: a bear! another bear!
artemispanthar: Its raining! I’m not in the position to make a new gif at the moment but imagine this is a gif of Steven saying “it’s really coming down” from “When It Rains” because it’s raining SUPERHARD right
artemispanthar: Tumblr mobile recommended me a post from my own blog. Like, from this blog, not a side blog or anything. I didn’t even know that could happen… upon further inspection, this seems to be a new “feature” where tumblr takes your
artemispanthar: There are two lines and I don’t know if I’m in the right line or not… Ok I am in the right line (for people who don’t yet have a wristband)
artemispanthar: imaginestevenuniverse: imagine steven already having his halloween costume planned in july Not just his costume, he’d probably have the Gems’ all planned out (and his dad’s!) as well and they’d all be themed to go together and
artemispanthar: Hot Topic has this banner on their site but, like, what is this is it like a wallet? Or a magnet? It’s not on the website (yet). Don’t show me things I can’t buy, man, that ain’t cool Its a walletthere’s some for sale on ebay
artemispanthar: I remember, like, way early on the whole post-apocalyptic setting of AT was kind of a background thing, not directly mentioned but you could see evidence of it in the backgrounds. I used to maintain a folder on photobucket cataloging
artemispanthar: the funny thing about Silent Hill games and the general elitism that runs rampant through the fandom is that its always been en vogue to consider the most recent game(s) The Worst Ever. I joined the fandom back when SH3 first came out
artemispanthar: That was a cute episode. I always like the episodes that focus on Steven and Connie’s relationship. Its interesting to see Steven trying to live up to a human expectation since he’s usually trying to live up to Gem expectations. Poor
artemispanthar: There’s a new listing on Amazon for the second Steven Universe Graphic Novel (the first one, Too Cool for School, is currently set for release on February 23rd). I don’t think the date is accurate (it will probably get pushed back,
artemispanthar: The little magazine in this month’s Loot Crate Pets had a section on pets from pop culture and they included the Centipeetle from SU #I keep looking for this in mine but didnt see it…. are u sure…Yes, its on page 11,
artemispanthar: Some questions: Should I continue editing that old ask response with new merchandise information or would you guys prefer if I moved the information to a new text post and then just edit that in the future as we get new merchandise info?
artemispanthar: inkyquartz: heres another one but all i can read is TOO BAD ah, I was just toying with this one myself in Photoshop. I can make out Too bad we mis– (probably missed) Maybe she’s not going to t(the?) Maybe she’s going to the Because
artemispanthar: a bunch of apps on my phone updated last night but I didn’t look to see which ones and I just noticed one of them removed their icon from my… whatever the phone equivalent of a desktop is (which happens sometimes when apps update
artemispanthar: I really don’t care for the ‘let Pearl say fuck” meme and now its all over my notifications because people keep adding it to the “Pearl’s favorite word is no” post and, I mean, its not that big of a deal and I’m glad folks
artemispanthar: I was looking through the Guide to the Crystal Gems to find something and it occurred to me that this would make a good reaction image these are also good
artemispanthar: vegan-pearl: aviatornerd: stevenstarchild: aviatornerd: stevenstarchild: Reblog with as many Pearl’s as you can doing this thing with her cheeks/mouth.
artemispanthar: My mom bought a bag of those Sweetheart candies but they’re from a different brand so they can’t call them Sweethearts so instead they’re called “Tiny Conversation Hearts” and all I can think is that Pearl named this product.
artemispanthar: *yelling* Estelle is on Hollywood Game Night!! She’s singing!
artemispanthar: that one bird pokemon they kinda show in the video for Sun and Moon looks like Pearl shapeshifted into a bird like, it has her hair? Its like the same shape and color as her hair EDIT: I will catch this pokemon and name her Pearl
artemispanthar: Y'know, I’m not saying folks can’t complain about or dislike the PPG reboot but I’m wondering if people are aware that a lot of the animation errors they’re point out about it can also be found in early SU episodes too (except
artemispanthar: Last night as I was trying to sleep I had this thought of like “[comic character] is basically Steven if he became a criminal” and it was like a big revelation and I was going to post about it but I had to sleep. And now I can’t
artemispanthar: I am so frustrated. I try to be very careful with what I accept as official merch before posting about it, but I didn’t think I’d need to be wary of already established official sources like official publishers who have already published
artemispanthar: Its a silly little thing but I’ve always been curious - when people do liveblogs, do you usually pause the movie/show when you make posts or do you just keep it running? thank you guys for your responses! Seems like its pretty evenly
artemispanthar: whenever I see stuff that’s, like, ‘leave your phone at home’ or that silly phone lockbox thing, I can’t help but think about how people are going to feel when they’re unreachable during an emergency because of this. Like,
artemispanthar: I like how Pearl sometimes has really thick eyebrows. They should do that more often I’m starting a screencap collection
artemispanthar: there are 3 websites I use to check SU’s schedule CartoonNetwork.com’s drop-down schedule is the most accurate, since its ‘straight from the horse’s mouth’ so to speak. CN’s scheduling is very fickle and so CN’s site schedule
artemispanthar: Keep reading Aahh, you guys are so sweet! I appreciate all the advice, thank you all for your input. It’s all super helpful and I really really appreciate it, thank you.
artemispanthar: I just found out my great-grandma died. Like, an hour ago ah, thank you for the well-wishes and condolences, you guys. I appreciate itShe was very old (102!) and we knew she was likely going to pass soon. I wasn’t particularly close
artemispanthar: “there’s a musical episode coming up, it has like 7 songs in 11 minutes” I had made this post just ‘cause I was excited, I didn’t include a link to the interview because I just reblogged it and I hadn’t expected folks to
artemispanthar: Something that amused me in that Rebecca Sugar interview from the other day was when one of the interviewers said something like “we were hoping you had your ukulele and we could maybe here some Bacon Pancakes” and Rebecca was like “ugh”
artemispanthar: and so it occurs to me, that if Pearls can be ‘traded’ or given to different owners and they change their color and design to reflect that, then there’s a slight possibility that Blue Pearl and Yellow Pearl are actually the same
artemispanthar: (fullview) So apparently that Cartoon Network Crossover Crisis Deck-Building Game by Cryptozoic is out already. I couldn’t find anything on it around yet, so I decided to pick it up and take a pic of all the SU-related cards they have
artemispanthar: I’m going to try playing that card game with my little sister later (not sure how it will go since its for kids a bit older than she is, but she’s very advanced for her age so we’ll see). I’ll let you know how it is once I do
artemispanthar: It’s very windy today I made this post like 3 hours ago and it just posted now. Still windy, though, so it still works
artemispanthar: I can easily picture Rose Quartz having a “What’s This” (from The Nightmare Before Christmas)-esque music number upon discovering humans
artemispanthar: @v-mon replied to your post “My friend told me that Rebecca said there was going to be a new…”Didn’t she mention something about a new character this fall? It was in an interview I thinkI dunno, probably? I don’t recall that
artemispanthar: man, I dunno, like, the way I see it, “they were just doing their job” is for, like, when a cashier won’t let someone return something or when a waiter tells you can’t order waffles past 2 or something and not so much for characters
artemispanthar: I love this show all the characters are so cute and the episodes are great and the monsters are neat and it just always makes me so happy this post is over 2 years old and its still my reaction after every episode
artemispanthar: in other news, Tumblr seems to lock down my dash (preventing me from liking, reblogging, answering asks, clicking some links, etc) if I have adblock on. So that’s cool Nevermind, it’s locked me down again and my ad block is off.
artemispanthar: Please do not send me spoilers from leaks (or any episode that hasn’t aired in the US yet). Thank you
artemispanthar: this is probably my favorite image in my Jasper folder
artemispanthar: I relate to Pearl in a lot of ways but one of the things I probably relate to most is her uncanny ability to stick her foot in her mouth and say the absolutely wrong thing in any situation, especially when actively trying to be helpful
artemispanthar: someone in the neighborhood is blasting old 40s/50s music and it makes me feel like I’m in Fallout in case anyone is wondering, its 7 hours later and this is still going on
artemispanthar: I’d like there to be an episode where the Gems wear suits. Like, in canon. But also I think if they actually did it might kill me. It is a gamble. Willing to risk it though 2 months ago me, I have great news!
artemispanthar: CN.com now lists “Alone at Sea” for Thursday, July 28th. So that brings the current known schedule for the summer event to: WEEK 1 July 18th Steven Floats Drop Beat Dad July 19th Mr. Greg July 20th Too Short to Ride July 21st New
artemispanthar: there’s a bunch of Clarence episodes on demand so I’m gonna catch up on some of the episodes I’ve missed “Mystery Girl” was super cute
artemispanthar: So, Steven Universe returns tomorrow for a big ol’ Stevenbomb running from July 18th to August 12th. Since its been a little while I thought it’d be good to remind y’all how I tag new episodes for blacklisting purposes I tag for
artemispanthar: one of my theories regarding Rose and Pearl’s relationship is that while Pearl loves Rose and I’m confident that Rose loved her back, if Pearl was specifically made to be devoted (such as being an object meant to serve or otherwise
artemispanthar: so I got a couple asks about this but I can’t find them in my inbox right now so I’ll just talk about it here During “It’s Over, Isn’t It” there’s the line “Now I’ve got to be there for her son”, which a number
artemispanthar: new song from unaired episode! https://www.periscope.tv/SDCCanon2016/1zqKVzDgNMwKB The song was called “Here Comes a Thought” btw. She talked about how she wrote it when she was going through some stuff and to calm herself down,
artemispanthar: Rebecca openly identified as a bisexual woman and talked about how the inclusion of the LGBT themes in the show come from her experiences and how important it is for LGBT kids to be able to hear these stories and be validated in ways
artemispanthar: Leonard has squeezed into the narrow space between my bed and my desk to lie right next to me. I think its because there are people working on the roof next door and he’s scared, he always sits next to me when he’s scared or maybe
artemispanthar: Leg oh, btw, that’s not an American flag in the background. Its actually a Brotherhood of Steel banner I got from the Fallout loot crate. I use it to block out the blinding bright streetlight outside that tries to shine directly into
artemispanthar: I gotta go to a family thing now and it already sounds like its going to be a huge disaster so wish me luck I guess It actually went alright. Uneventful (which is good)
artemispanthar: “Behind the glass of the sound booth, series creator Rebecca Sugar watched as the third season of her show came together. It was a fleeting behind-the-scenes glimpse at the creative forces behind “Steven Universe,” and the series
artemispanthar: Does anyone else here have a Season Pass on iTunes to Steven Universe Volume 5? Could you tell me if you got “Back to the Moon/Bubbled” automatically available for download, as normal? Or if you didn’t receive the episode but can
artemispanthar: There’s some movie on called Into the Grizzly Maze which looks like its going to be terrible but I’m gonna watch it anyway because it has a bear in it there’s a bunch of poachers killing “too many” bears and then they get
