Traci Topps sure is weighed down by that pearl necklace.
New headcanon that Pearl still doesn’t have Peridot’s number saved
Let’s talk about Pearls for a second. I’ll not mince words; they are fucking weird in the context of the show. We fans have kind of decided that pearls are robotic servants made by homeworld to do their bidding but I’m starting to have doubts.first
PEARL WAS SO GOOD IN THIS EPISODE…
I know this is a long shot and unlikely gonna happen in “Summer Adventures”, and would take some time, but I would like to imagine the context of the scene where Pearl, Greg and Steven are in tuxedos is that Pearl and Lapis are a couple and are going
pearl-methh-yst: waterbirdmoms: I did not realized they were close friends in life. I knew they have collaborated in the same band and starred the same characters in broadway shows, but after watching that interview I am convince there is no way they
Some slight spoilers down below.Okay for the longest, longest, time I had this pet theory I told some few people here and there. I had this idea that Pearls, not Diamonds, were the first gems to ever be created. Created by some unknown now extinct race
That Pearl is a real troublemaker.
timid-incarnate: @ze-pie here’s Pearl in pose 7! You know what I think? I think I need to step up my shitpost game
mellowfilmmaker: horharambe: Everyone sure likes to forget that Bismuth attacked a non-combatant. More people like to forget that Pearl did it too.

airbenderedacted: gothfrog: so how about that theory that pearls are mass-produced for cheap labor…. WHAT THE FUCKN O……… T ATslbtumblng
relatablepicturesofpearl: Here comes the return of the Pearl’s ass people. I couldn’t post that ask because it was pretty vulgar but oh my god it made me laugh so hard. that pearl~ ;9
fightforpearl: S1E40 || S2E20 Amy loves that pearl~ <3
nsfwmrcinema007: orangekissess: coloured a quick pearl sketch @slewdbtumblng polish that pearl~ ;9
missgreeneyart: The most intriguing concept introduced in the new episodes (in my opinion) is that Pearl is actually being silenced against her will by some unseen force. O oO
morbart:Thanks to the artbook listing their ages, we finally got explicit confirmation that Pearl is just a really short goblin of a woman instead of a nebulously-aged teen so I drew this lol XD
m4tcha-m0chi:She’s just mad that Pearl got to S+ before she did @slbtumblng little gremlin daughter of yours XP

In response to that Pearl troll postcan you just imagine how she would react to internet trolls, she would be that type who takes it so seriously and to heart that she would write the longest and most formal response in existance. Like you just see
popularly: A bunch of Pearls for Amber !!! Bc work is stressin her out and thats no good. I like 2 think that Pearl is really good at yoga but she is horrible at relaxing her face so it just looks like shes aggressively doing yoga. Also i kno i forgot
sailor-soup: Ugh those hands 0 x 0 that pearl head doe
gracekraft: The joke is that Pearl is a massive dork
wendichen: Pas de deux. (In addition to sword fighting demonstrations, I like to imagine that Pearl would enlist the help of Holo-Pearl to perform a dance duet!) Made this for the MightyFine Steven Universe T-Shirt Design Contest… if you like my design,
showmethegreyspace replied to your post: dang, that Pearl gifset I posted has o… Pearl is a fun character to disassemble. Doing ballet observation thumbnail sketches and seeing all the similarities between the way Pearl stands and Ballet stances
dietodayinc replied to your post “showmethegreyspace replied to your post: dang, that Pearl gifset I…” also she can make the best poses ya feel me Why yes, she most certainly can!
malerfique: concept art oficial and bonus http://rebeccasugar.tumblr.com/search/steven+universe It occurs to me that Pearl must’ve been extremely frustrating to design because she changes pretty significantly in each concept art (except her
astralbruja: It should be fully aware that Pearl is a big cute nEEEERD.
When people say Pearl is "favored" by the Crewniverse
thegembeaststemple: Pearl proposing with a pearl ring to serve as a reminder to Garnet—should she accept—that Pearl is always with her. A commission for Indigoangelcat. Thank you for your business! I also have a personal story to go with this:
I find it interesting that Pearl’s projections seem to essentially be a ‘window’ into her thoughts and that, once ‘on’, what’s displayed isn’t always entirely voluntary. In “Serious Steven” and “Rose’s Scabbard” when her thoughts
I’m torn between the idea that Pearl would be scared of horror movies or the idea that she would be totally unable to even watch them because of how factually incorrect and nonsensical they are like “how could the monster jump out from that
Something I liked in “Space Race” is that Pearl is clearly incredulous that Steven’s spaceship would work (considering its a wooden box on wheels with stuff taped to it) but also seems genuinely interested in seeing it work to the point of being
gemshipartwork: I love drawing emotional Pearl. I like to think that Pearl and Amethyst got into a lot of fights which resulted in Amethyst getting reckless in battle and possibly gets hurt to the point of going back into her gem. Which causes Pearl
pictureswithpictures: This is full of imaginary lines because that’s how I roll. Anyways, I like to think that Pearl and Amethyst were a little shy when they got into first-kiss territory. (I can’t stop drawing them as human teenagers??)
also, I just find the possibility that Pearl was “killed” (poofed, possibly having her gem cracked and healed too) many times by other Amethysts during the war to be interesting
So it’s been confirmed that Pearls are servants. A servant class, which proves that homeworld has classes. This is also proven when Peridot calls herself a technician. This was a great episode! Every time Pearl blushed it reminded me of you :PAlso when
triangle-mother: cooking mamas.png I headcanon that Pearl and Amethyst cook together for Steven Amethyst purposely splashes some batter on Pearl’s face just to kiss it off a lot (she uses the apron as an excuse to kiss her)
nillia: Crystal Gems Sleeping set: Pearl! Each illustration in this series is meant to show something deep within each gem’s heart. Naturally, Pearl will always dream about Rose. It was important to me that Pearl not be facing the holographic
protomars: I like to think that pearl was made out of seafoam and sand….. or something like that
skyneverthelimit: Last night I had a dream that Pearl was protecting another Pearl from home world.
bearsister: I love the theory that Pearl originally belonged to White/Yellow Diamond. After The Answer and seeing Blue Diamond’s Pearl and that gems can change their hair color, I couldn’t stop thinking about Pearl changing her hair color to match
trusslark: I’m both excited and concerned about where our Pearl really comes from. Also the thought that Pearl could possibly be originally aligned with White Diamond is radical. Also I was in the mood to make myself a Peridot since we know there are
serasvictorianolifequeen: Sooo I really love this fan theory that Pearl belonged to Pink Diamond and Pearl fell in love with Rose Quarts then ran away and started the Rebellion together. With Pearls outfit style and with seeing the styles of the other
cotetr: Someone told me that Pearl looked like a Parrot over there and that make my night worth it Also that means that Rose is a Disney Princess and a pirate and thats hilarious to me
aviatornerd: pearl canonly likes cheesy puns so there isn’t a reason that pearl wouldnt like cheesy pick up lines
kingkimochi: UHH AU where lapis is taken alongside the crystal gems but her and pearl don’t exactly get along at first??? until some events unfold… (playing along the idea that Pearl is “defective” and Lapis is holdin a grudge on her for wanting
dany-illy: i forgot that pearl took off these clothes before they reached the show, but anyways
spinelstar: wut It occurred to me once that Rose’s curls were so big that Pearl could wear one as a hat
chizzi-cat: Pearlmethyst Week Day 5~Bonding time with Steven They built a pillow fort despite the fact that Pearl knows that she has to clean up the mess after they end playing video games @annadesu Pearlmethyst week organized by @fuckyeahpearlmethyst
meggadoodle: thewonderpetsvevo: 2wizards1wand: at this point i’m going to guess that pearl and garnet’s fusion dance is just going to be anaconda with pearl in the chair Oh my god
patrickandthediamonds: ikimaru: redraw of that oNE SCENE I love that Pearl’s face is basically >:^o lmao @
Pearl put on Rose’s shirt one day to piss Greg off, but she got caught in it by Rose, instead of being mad though she thought Pearl looked really cute. So Pearl dangles that over Greg’s head a lot now. Poor Rose, she thought it meant they were getting
lynxgriffin: Soooo, about that theory that pearls are mass-produced on Homeworld to act as a servant class…
pearl-likes-pi: imisunderstoodtepointofthisride: pearl-likes-pi: (◕‿◕✿) Not sure if it’s ok to add to this but I love the last gif. She doesn’t eat, she could have been working on the ship right then but chose to spend that time with them,
harryll0yds: anna-wa: its-an-awesome-life: I’m gonna laugh when a backstory about Pearl comes out and it’s revealed that she didn’t have romantic feelings for Rose. is this the 2016 version of “we poppin the BIGGEST
