tfw you’re back in that kingdom that you’ve been always bragging about saving even though you didn’t do much but it’s ok i guess ‘cause the writers were not able to come up with a better way to develop this dork who went from nice and relatable
“My name is Meteora.”She stated, looming darkly over her two unsettled henchmen. This is Heinous Meteora taking back the wheel of her potentially messed up life and doesn’t look pretty at all. A forgotten daughter who reached her breaking point,
Running games on low settings VS high settings.
You know, at first, I thought that Mina’s constant blabbing about a “doctor” was a reference to a Sailor Moon villain bearing the same name. Considering Mina’s design and overall aesthetic, this could make sense as she downright seems like a
OK, I saw the episode(s).They were quite good actually.Match MakerThis one looked more like a second pilot episode. It had a couple of establishing character moments and we even saw a bit of Tom (Star’s ex-boyfriend) and Jackie (the girl Marco has a
I love Marco’s parents enthusiasm. And I love that Star’s dad is in this episode.
Diaz Family Vacation was definitely cuter than I expected.Glad Star’s parents did appear after all.Nice one.
Ludo and Britney’s short interactions is what made this episode for me.
Well, that was meh.Enjoyed the first short way more than the second one.No, seriously, Britney’s Party was lame.I like the show.Or, to be honest, I love the idea of the show, but I’m not very happy with the result. I’ll keep watching it though.
*patiently waits for a download link for the newest svtfoe episode...*
Mewnipendence DayPleasantly surprised by this one. Mewnie’s history is kinda messed up and I’m now sure they’re going to explore it a bit more. Didn’t even expect Toffee to appear in this episode, so bonus points for that. It’s clear that we’re
I really liked the color palettes / backgrounds of this Season premiere. My favorite scene is probably the final shot with Ludo overlooking Mewni at dawn: the colors, the mood… it just looks gorgeous.
Really nice pair of episodes! While not really lore-heavy (well, depends on what you consider “lore”), “Game of Flags” had some pretty fun family interactions. The Queen is a comically serious character I really enjoy (and there’s one particular
Current aesthetic: dorky Earth teenager getting pulled around by his royal alien girlfriend.
Expectations (my design) VS Reality.
I didn’t realize this at first, since I was screaming internally. The box-thing was still set on the final “crush” question of the game.Star never truly answered to that, because of the battle that ensued.Until she actually did (accidentally) at
Really good episodes. This time really good. Some spoilers here and there.“Sleepover” is without doubt the better of the two segments and one of the best episodes of the show overall. It’s a lot more serious than it sounds like, considering the
Jumping dorks.
So, we know that in “Into The Wand”, according to Glossaryck, Star must find “the thing” that doesn’t belong (and get rid of it in order to fix the wand -I assume). Emphasis on “thing”.I believe that we’re not going to see a flashback-thing
The Lore Awakens.
hazystrangers: Past queens of Mewni
Me after today’s episode.
There are two kinds of people.
I believe that the sphere-thing from “Page Turner” did for SVTFOE what the flashing images on Blendin Blandin’s clothes did for Gravity Falls: tease upcoming events and plot-elements.The blurry background behind sphere!Toffee kinda looks like Ludo’s
Star learning Earth culture.
This is a very important scene in my opinion. It re-introduces the whole Monster VS Mewmans theme and kinda implies how this subplot is going to develop (just a theory of course!): it’s all about a younger generation (from both sides of the conflict)
tfw your daughter and heiress to the throne turns out to be your kingdom’s baddest bitch since the queen of darkness herself
Stupid dorks.
If you blush like a 14-years-old dork, you’re a 14-years-old dork.@seddm‘s post about it pretty much put an end to all of our fears of Marco somehow being still a 30-years-old or something, but I just wanted an excuse to post the dork being a
Canon male!Star.You’re welcome.
You’ve been visited by best-looking Marco.Reblog for good luck.Ignore for wet socks.
SVTFOE FANDOM: Marco spent 16 years chasing down Hekapoo to earn those scissors. As a 30 years old man, the safe kid was forced to leave his childhood behind, learning to survive in a cruel, different world. The trauma of coming back to Earth’s timeline,
Somebody give this bad birb a hug!
It’s gonna get a little too wild.
This got surprisingly meta.
My demons keep coming back.
Stupid singing dorks.
Some gay stuff going on in “Just Friends”.Nice.
An important reminder for the fandom that SVTFOE two-parter Season 2 finale “Face The Music” / “Starcrushed” might be available on Spectrum starting tonight (February 26th) around 8:00 pm EST. If that happens, the resulting not-so-legal “leak”
The tower’s “breaking to pieces” game is strong. But it’s nothing compared to my heart.
Why is everyone so dorky in this show?
The final one.
Damn you Hekapoo and your weird timelines.
