After the excitement of a healed PA, and the realization that piercing pain lasts all of a nanosecond, I’m serious thinking about starting a scrotal ladder. I’d start with 3 rings and work up from there…
Love the ladder! Just wish my wife would, too…
Great ladder!
Apadravya and scrotal ladder in mesh briefs.
My scrotal ladder on display; 6 gauge 5/8" straight barbells. The piercings are healing very nicely and I can’t wait to be able to play with the jewlery without risking problems in the fistulas.
It’s a bumpy ride…my apadravya and scrotal ladder clearly show their presence.
Showing off my 6 gauge 5/8" beginnings of a scrotal ladder. The piercings were pretty much pain-free and healing’s been fine. I love the way the weight pulls my sack down, and can’t wait to get some larger jewelry in the holes.
After four weeks, I tried on my 2" leather weighted ball stretcher. Looks good and really makes the scrotal ladder stand out. Shortly, I’ll get back to wearing a stretcher regularly, making sure the piercings are healing properly.
intune123: kool Can’t wait to increase the gauge of my ladder jewelry to something like this…
8 gauge apadravya cumming while the 6 gauge scrotal ladder just watches.
Three 1" weight balls crammed into my Cocksox.
Working on stretching my 6 gauge ladder into a 4 gauge ladder with three 1" weight balls. The weight’s awesome, and the noise when I walk very stimulating!
Hangin’ low with 1" ball weights as I stretch my ladder from 6 gauge to 4.
8 gauge reverse PA with a 6 gauge weight ring through the first ladder piercing.
Great week! Although one of my scrotal piercings had to be retired (it just gave way and couldn’t support jewelry), I got two more additions to my ladder. I also swapped one of the 6 gauge circular barbells for a 4 gauge screw-on ball ring,
6 gauge circular barbell Reverse PA, and a scrotal ladder of a 6 gauge circular barbell, a 4 gauge screw-on ball ring and two 6 gauge straight barbells. Can’t wait for the new piercings with the straight barbells to heal so I can swap them out
So, after replacing the two straight barbells with circular barbells, I figured why not just get another two steps on my ladder? So the next evening I did so. My scrotum’s now supporting two 6 gauge straight barbells, two 6 gauge circular barbells
Fitting out my ladder with a 2 gauge circular barbell, a 2 gauge screw-on ball ring, a 4 gauge circular barbell, a 4 gauge screw-on ball ring, and two 6 gauge straight barbells in the fresh piercings. On top of all that, a 4 gauge straight barbell
John SIevers briefs do a nice job of softly cradling my Reverse PA and scrotal ladder. You can see the outlines of the 2 circular barbells and 2 screw-on ball rings. This should help stretch the holes so I can fit larger jewelry.
kev-n: Kayy here they are. My newest upgrades!!! two 6g scrotal piercings. :) Done by Matt Vermillion at Artistic Skin Designs(west location) in Indianapolis Indiana. That’s a piercing. It’s great!
Six-step scrotal ladder; with more rungs and heavier rings it will be awesome!
Swapped out the two straight barbells for circulars. Now I’ve got a real ladder, and it it feels that way, too!
Several studies of my 6-step scrotal ladder.
My scrotal ladder makes for lumpy Coscksox, and weighs down the pouch nicely.
My ladder from behind. It’s a sight I wish i could see…

My 6-step scrotal ladder and Reverse PA in Joh Sievers briefs. It’s pretty evident there’s a lot of metal in there…
Some different shots of my scrotal ladder and Reverse PA.
Just relaxing with my 6-step scrotal ladder and enjoying the wonderful noise the rings make jingling against each other.
Showing the results of my ladder upgrade; front to back: two 1-gauge screw-on ball rings, one 2-gauge circular barbell, one 2-gauge screw-on ball ring, one 4 gauge circular barbell, and one 4-gauge screw-on ball ring. Great weight and sounds when I&rsquo
Cramming all my scrotal metal into my Cocksox is getting to be a chore, but a delightful one!
My scrotal ladder and a complementary hard-on.
Weighty matters–the movement of these rings when I walk is amazing!
The weight of my scrotal ladder jewelry really fills out the pouch of my briefs. As a result, my sac moves around as I walk–feels great!
Scrotal ladder closeups; hearing them clank against each other is an amazing sound.
Reverse PA and scrotal ladder.
My scrotal ladder and a very comfortable butt plug. Still hard thinking about it…
Weighty matters–my balls and a six-step scrotal ladder.
Check out what’s hiding in my underpants. The heavy metal shows right through…
Well, I did it again. Added two more rungs to my scrotal ladder. I’m now up to eight, and am enjoying the weighty feeling termendously.
Scrotal ladder - 6 steps.
Shots of my scrotal jewelry through my briefs.
Various views of my 8-step scrotal ladder, all filled with circular barbells or screw-on ball rings at 2, 4 and 6 gauges.
The weight of this 8-step scrotal ladder’s awesome. I can’t wait to scale up the gauge of my jewelry to make them really heavy.
Earlier shots, with six rings and a butt plug.
Different views of my 8-step scrotal ladder and Reverse PA. The ladder’s fitted with larger-gauge jewelry that tugs my scrotum downward and makes fantastic noise when moving rapidly; like in and out…
My scrotal ladder, as it looks every day in my regular John Sievers briefs. They provide plenty of room and let everything swing about comfortably within my office pants.
My new pubic piercing sports a rather small 10 gauge 3/4″ surface bar, to complement my 4 gauge 1/4″ Reverse PA and my scrotal ladder (two 1 gauge 5/8″ screw-on ball rings, two 1 gauge 5/8″ tribal dream rings, one 2 gauge 3/4″ circular barbell,

Scrotal jewelry set off my a hard-on.
Reverse PA and scrotal ladder as seen through Cocksox mesh briefs.
My scrotal ladder contained within a pair of John Sievers briefs. The pouch makes wearing all this heavy jewelry really comfortable–and quiet. Great for work when you’ve got this many piercings!
Crammed all my metal in a Cocksox thong; it’s pretty heavy up front.
Different views of my current scrotal ladder and Reverse PA. Heavy metal that’s really pleasure to listen to! Nothing head-banging here, just a gentle chorus of jingling, clinking stainless steel.
Added two more steps (6 gauge straight barbells) to my scrotal ladder–at 10 now. As soon as I can, I’ll replace the straight barbells with curved ones for additional weight and more jingling noises.
Scrotal ladder views as well as a peek of my new tattoo.
10-step ladder, not too successfully hidden by Cocksox. The weight of the jewelry drags my whole package down, though, so it’s not as perky as it could be…
