Crunch Bandicoot! It may seem strange, but practicing characters with exaggerated proportions is helping me to improve at anatomy. It’s different for everyone, but for me, focusing on individual anatomies really helps me to be more versatile as an artist.
More practice sketches from the last weeks of Crash Bandicoot characters; Pinstripe (two versions, as the remakes leave off the light coloring of his face) and Nash!
A more complicated pose practice using Fox McCloud; I think I still have a lot to learn yet concerning clothing folds and the like!
