thepureskin: I was in a funk a few weeks ago and spontaneously rearranged my bedroom. Well, I really just moved the bed. Since then, I’ve been playing with the differences in the light from the old arrangement. This morning I was supposed to be getting
I had such a good Sunday. I hope you did too!
Today’s posts are by way of an update on my power lifting. One of my sweet followers ratherbnkd was kind enough to ask about my progress.I am reaching a natural plateau in the weight I can move in squats and deadlifts because of my age (55) and weight
