So, this was my “costume” for MCM Manchester. Ok, it was a poor effort, but a few people were really impressed with Honedge!
Already making plans for next year's MCM Manchester!
So, wolfiboi and I went to MCM Manchester last weekend, and my God! the cosplayers were all amazing!
Also, did I tell you guys I met Colin Baker at MCM Manchester?
So, Josh and I have our Manchester Comic-Con costumes sorted; I’m going as Giovanni from RBY, and he’s going as Archie from ORAS. Coz it’s the 20th Anniversary, innit? So I’m going to look pretty boring next to his glorious shiny
Josh has the material, and the pattern should be turning up this week, so hopefully I’ll soon have my waistcoat (and bandana) for my ComicCon costume. I’m going as renowned scientist, spy & gourmand, Predacon Tarantulus!
Foam prototype seems to work well, the two proper ones will have some nice yellow bands on them, just like Tarantulus’s claws. Next Saturday in Manchester can’t come soon enough! 😋
