Look at that, it’s like the sticker, the box and its contents were all made for each other. Thanks to @preservedcucumbers for the sticker!

Bears are way too cute for how easily they can kill you. I mean a baby bear isn’t dangerous…unless its mom is around.
The original version of “Thank You for Being a Friend” is such a sappy cornball song but its so goddamn fun and enjoyable I don’t even care
Thanks in part to the awesome new extension on Xkit I was able to move most, if not all, my art to a single new tag so its easy to look up my own art (because my old tag, “my art” which hilarious short-sighted because everyone uses that tag).
Yo, Cartoon Network, if you don’t start advertising Steven Universe’s new day/time and update its page to the proper new time pretty soon, I’m gonna…glare judgmentally at you from my computer. And you don’t want that. Really
omg though, have you guys gone frame-by-frame through this little logo animation? Its the cutest thing ever. Amethyst is all happy and mischievous throwing Steven, Garnet calmly catches him and passes him on, and Pearl runs in all worried and crashes
boy, it sure would be nice if Quicktime wouldn’t autoplay whenever it goes fullscreen. I’m trying to get consecutive frames but its a lot harder when it keeps making me lose my place
kasukasukasumisty: the-super-awesome-adventurer: Im not sure about how Jake handled the situation since Pb’s way was so much better. It was kinda like “he’s a teenager he, its just a phase, he can work it out” I think both stances were kind
crystal-gems: “We want to stop all wrestling EVERYWHERE! Are you going to let us destroy all wrestling??” Pearl is so melodramatic. Like, she’s deliberately being overdramatic here but its really not all that different than how she
Heyy, can anyone point me in the direction of a gif of that bit in the Clarence episode “Money Broom Wizard” where Clarence is smacking that seal game and then he grabs one and keeps hitting it while its trying to pull away? Because I used
knock-knock-its-knuckles: artemispanthar: I predict there will be many posts in the SU tag hyping “Coach Steven” over the next few days and then a flood of “WHERE’S THE NEW EPISODE??” on Wednesday when it inevitably doesn’t air Or you’re
knock-knock-its-knuckles: artemispanthar: I saw someone refer to Felidae as a dark and/or inappropriate children’s movie and…it’s not a children’s movie. It’s not meant to be a children’s movie. Just because a movie is animated does not
oreides: someteenslounge: opalisagoddess: oreides: SCREAMS!!!!!!! ITS SO EARLY IN THE DAY TOO AH AND EVERYONES GONNA BE THERE AND IM GONNA CAMP TO GET IN FIRST AND AND AND AND Please please someone record this or just little snippet’s
Just to let you all know, its my birthday tomorrow (August 9th)! Yaay!
sometimes when I see Bad Cop (from the LEGO Movie) cosplay I initially think its supposed to be Cybil (from the Silent Hill movie) cosplay even though it wouldn’t make any sense for so many people to suddenly be cosplaying Cybil right now
I love this bit because its such a little kid thing. Kids are always excitedly talking about something but sometimes they forget to actually explain it so it makes no sense, but you want to be supportive so you’re just like “oh, that’s
raveneesimo: New Steven Universe episode tonight! At 6:30pm on Cartoon Network, you can catch the premiere of “Joking Victim”. Its another one from me and my dear partner, Paul. Please, enjoy!
I think I’ll attempt to draw a SU comic that’s been rattling around in my brain for the past few days. I’ll probably ragequit halfway through but its worth a try
Pearl’s face when Greg’s van breaks just cracks me up its just like “Oh jeez, sorry we broke your house Greg…”
caedussolo: I wouldn’t be so bothered by Bioware always on about Revan if they had not made it that Revan was male. Yes. Me too. Its not a good reference to constantly be making if it only really fits a narrow selection of the fandom’s Revan
I like Lux Aeterna because it sounds like the music to some kind of epic climatic battle scene for a hard fantasy or sci-fi movie but its actually the main theme to a bleak psychological drama about drug addiction
In an effort to prevent anyone from gleaning any information from it, CN picked the most baffling nonsensical screenshot for its thumbnail for “Secret Team”

pbjplatypus: artemispanthar: On the subject of unlikely references to cartoons in live-action shows, I always kinda hope to spot a Fillmore! reference in The Walking Dead. ‘cause the current showrunner created Fillmore! so its not impossible it might
Man I just… I get over things and generally just leave them behind because sometimes bad things happen and you can’t change that, you can only keep moving forward. And its ok and I generally have no problem with it but, like, sometimes I
Oh dang, the new issue of the SU comic is really good! I wonder if its canon compliant…
wildemolga: secret MAGfest sneak peak of upcoming episode “on the run!” ohh my gosh this episode looks like its gonna be SO GOOD. That song! Oh my gosh
Incidentally, I’m going to be super disappointed if the Cartoon Network shop never makes a mug with Garnet and the “I drink coffee for breakfast” line. Like that line was pretty much made to be put on a coffee mug, its perfect, it is
If a corrupted Gem’s gem is in the same place it would be in their humanoid form, then the Cave Monster from “Arcade Mania” looks like it has its gem is a very uncomfortable place
It occurs to me that since my computer is close to the window and I’ve been keeping it open since its hot and I can hear my neighbors pretty easily from here so it follows that they could hear at least some of what I listen to on my computerSo I
I’ve seen people debate on whether Peridot’s hair is hair or a helmet and just now I saw that someone asked Matt on twitter and he says its hair (in a matter of speaking).
I’m in a surprisingly good mood for how little sleep I managed to get, maybe its a sort of overtired delirium. Still, my focus is kind of shot so I apologize in advance if my posts don’t make much sense or have lots of typos
welp. I’m getting a migraine. No pain yet but I got auras which means its incoming. Unfortunate but not that surprising considering my lack of sleep and my stress level lately. Blehh. Hopefully I can sleep through it and it won’t bring down my day
Sorry if someone already posted this but I just woke up and saw “Story for Steven” was added to the schedule for April 9th!!!! It looks like its sticking to the 5:30pm timeslot after “Say Uncle”
I have a really neat idea for an AMV but I’ve never made an AMV before so I’m not sure how it will pan out but its worth a shot maybe
I just noticed this. Probably not an intentional connection (since its a pretty common phrase) but I thought it was neat
thewrongexecution replied to your post: anonymous asked:Wait, if Rose’s b…“Should’ve” been impossible. That antonym typo curse is at work again.what can I say, its a talent
greatdiamondauthority: idk man i just always really liked the way the temple looked in the pilot ep so i made a panorama of most of whats visible inside I think its really interesting how they very specifically wanted Steven to sleep on a loft so even
when I was in middle/high school sometimes people would randomly try to befriend me, like if I was alone or something, and be really overbearing and fake and just…off. And its not like I wasn’t receptive of friendship, I’m just not a social
I should really take my own advice and unfollow people who post stuff that upset me or make me uncomfortable, even if its just a personal thing and not, like, a whole big deal where they’re completely in the wrong. But I always feel like I’m overreacting
I apologize if I’ve been a bit short today. I’ve had a splitting headache all day that I can’t get to go away and its made me a tad irritable and less patient than I usually am
y’know, its rather disturbing that that ship specifically had a monitor to watch a chamber that seemed to have no other purpose than to watch Gems get crushed to death. With sound.
rhinocio replied to your post “rhinocio replied to your post “I may disagree, gems may just pass the…”…I love that you really get into silly asks like this bless your heart Artie you’re funaww, thanks :D I always think its
I get these… I’m not sure what you’d call them, a sort of muscle spasm that’s kind of like a really violent shiver. It feels kind of like a lightning bolt down my spine and its a whole body jerk (like, I can usually feel it right before it
I like how the song is so catchy and they know its catchy but they went ahead and played it three full times in the episode just to make sure it’ll get stuck in your head
I pulled a muscle in my neck this morning so now I have intense pain whenever I turn even slightly to my left and its making it really hard to focus on anything
for the record, what bothers me most is the show dominating the schedule (the fact that I think its a bad show just makes it worse). Even if CN was having SU (a show I can watch all day, every day, and never get tired of it) dominate the schedule I’d
@cdfbhv replied to your post: Tower, wobbly capital A, same differenceIs that a piccross game?yep, its a mobile picross game called Pixelo
The bit where Pearl says “Yes. Good, Steven. There are many ways to say the same thing.” has always been really funny to me and I don’t know why. Its still one of my favorite comedic bits of dialogue, up there with “Hold the phone. Now give
artemispanthar: there are 3 websites I use to check SU’s schedule CartoonNetwork.com’s drop-down schedule is the most accurate, since its ‘straight from the horse’s mouth’ so to speak. CN’s scheduling is very fickle and so CN’s site schedule
I feel like its only a matter of time before they announce a SU video game (not an app game, even though that was excellent). I dunno, I just kind of feel it in my gut that that’s in the near future. But I dunno, might just be wishful thinking on my
my gums are swollen and its uncomfortable and is making me cranky
I just got some new glasses (new prescription) and now my computer screen looks super weird. Its like… smaller but clearer. This is going to take a bit of getting used to. Like the first time I got glasses
I know its just because the scene in stylized and non-specific characters are just solid color and simplifiedbut I still can’t help but see all those Jaspers running around on that battlefield as naked
“New Psychonauts trailer!”“- its first-person VR game!”
tbh, I’ve pretty much gone through the five stages as far as SU leaks are concerned. They used to upset me a great deal, and I’d still prefer they not happen, but its so frequent and expected at this point that I just can’t muster any upset or surprise
Folks, I am old and I am tired. I have numerous real life things that are draining me and I just plain do not have the energy to get involved with every problem or bad thing that happens. I’m sorry, I wish I could but its hard enough to keep my head
I don’t know what in my house makes that rattling noise that can only be heard when I record a video with my phone, but its not just restricted to my room, apparently
