ianjq: This is the rough animatic of Garnet and Amethyst’s fusion dance from Coach Steven! It’s got the scratch music track that we animated to: “Freak” by Estelle. This was a super fun collaboration. I animated Garnet’s dancing and Rebecca
AT LAST! THE SET IS COMPLETE! From top to bottom, Peridot - Soft & Wet, Lapis Lazuli - Caesar Zeppeli, Jasper - The World, Rose and Steven - Giorno and Gold Experience, Amethyst - Crazy Diamond, Pearl - King Crimson, Garnet - STAR PLATINUM!!!! ORAORAO
I was thinking about Rose/Steven and fusing with other gems. Like Rainbow Quartz, I think all of Rose’s fusions with the crystal gems would be some type of Quartz. With Garnet and Rose, I’m thinking Smoky Quartz. This isn’t how I would draw Rose
What are these “rules” you speak of? Garnet wins. Garnet always wins
stevens background probably [based off of one of mine and my friends selfies](Submitted by rosequoortz)(That’s it for this week’s Submission Saturday, folks! Thank you all for your marvelous contributions to this blog!)
Dear Mosquitoes: You bite Garnet’s baby, you bite the dust
Garnet’s voicemail: ♫♫ Can’t get to the pho-o-o-o-one ♫♫ ♫♫ Not at ho-o-ome ♫♫ ♫♫ Wait for the to-o-one ♫♫ ♫♫ And I’ll get back to you ♫♫(Submitted by benjibuddy3)
Steven still has much to learn.(Submitted by anonymous)
Garnet makes wishes come true
Garnet is lowkey done and Amethyst is highkey done but they’re both Done
Conversations with Garnet right after she re-fuses are all the same(insp.)
And suddenly it all makes sense
Fun fact: There was a big group number cut from Mr. Greg about how Steven’s jokes make everyone really uncomfortable
And the way she ran off to get stitches afterwards without so much as a “thank you”? SO rude
EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON THIS. SEND IT BACK STEVEN(A copyable version of the chain text is under the cut. Annoy your friends!) HAPPY ❤️ NEW
Guys. Same Old World showed us why Pearl had a unique reaction from Garnet and Amethyst when Steven told them the Mirror was talking to him in Mirror Gem. People have theorized about this moment a lot. While Garnet and Amethyst look worried, Pearl looks
…and Steven!
dou-hong: Steven and the Stevens (not the episode)! (name from texaskingofthegeeks) and everyone else! Final part of a four part series! Individual links below! Pearl and the Pearls! Amethyst and the Amethysts! Garnet and the Garnets! Thanks for all
lordashacflame:Can we just talk about this face? Please? Like, Ruby and Sapphire fuse into Garnet and they’re laughing and so happy and just SO excited, but when Steven exclaims that Garnet is a fusion, her face immediately transforms into this mask
wallflowerwho: “Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl, and Steven!”.
guiltyhipster: Okay picture the most stoic character you know Now picture them on the “It’s a Small World” ride at Disneyland while wearing Mickey Mouse ears and sitting next to the most happy-go-lucky character you know
beckyhop: Disney World Gems by BeckHop So, I found a silly Tumblr post, I pictured Garnet and Steven in the situation (and yes, I realize I gave the wrong character Mickey ears here), and it kinda snowballed into this. Picturing characters’ reactions
iiyabitestoes: garnet and steven doodle
sukrin-art: I like to think that the Crystal Gems look as if they’re made entirely out of their gem. I might draw Pearl, Garnet and Steven next.
nopalrabbit: Garnet and Steven never figured out why Amethyst had to regenerate in her gem that day A+ PROMPT. YOU GET ANOTHER GOLD STAR (prompt 2 out of 4 i’m doing them out of order)
granbulls: Garnet and Steven !(Click to fullsize please……)
gracekraft: Happy New Year everyone! Though it hasn’t quite hit here yet, I wanted to whip up a cute little SU pic to start off the new year and a new sketchbook. Only Garnet and Steven managed to stay up (Pearl got tired from baking so many cookies
I like how in the beginning of the episode when they’re having Steven mimic all their dancing and he’s trying to do Garnet and Pearl’s dance but he’s way too short so Garnet has to hold him up but they still continued after that
geomagnet: Selfie! Both parts to this. I absolutely adore Garnet and Steven’s relationship and I’ve wanted to draw them for so long. They’re just two adorable dorks :^
meringutart: Found a sketch of Garnet and Steven I never posted. Square mom ftw
curlyconundrum:THIS IS WHO I AM!(cries because I love garnet and steven universe so much)
Now I’m picturing laundry day being Garnet and Pearl going up there to wash the clothes, Garnet powering the machine and Pearl taking the detergent and whatnot from her gem. And Steven comes along to help because its his clothes and he’s a helpful
I forgot to mention that last night I had a dream where we got episode descriptions for some of the episodes next week. If these are prophetic dreams then you should look forward to “Keystone Motel” being about Garnet and Steven going to a nightclub
hazurasinner: Welp, time to show what I doodled for the Steven Bomb 2.0 during my work breaks. Doodle #1 inspired after watching “Sworn to the Sword”, Garnet and Steven are the comedy duo! Doodle #2 inspired by “Rising Tides/Crashing Skies”,
awkgrace: Square mom and baby steven!!! Garnet and steven’s relationship is the CUTEST THING on the show. Also baby steven scenarios are my favorite thing. My dad and my baby cousin played with bubbles in the park last week, so…THIS HAPPENED.Also
outerspace-innerspace: jen-iii, thanks for the drawing advice! Please, have this Garnet and Steven as a thank-you. I’m still a little clumsy with this tablet, but I’m sure I’ll get better eventually.
hazurasinner: How is it possible that I love Garnet and Steven’s mother/son relationship even more now! Their relationship gives me so many happy feelings, it’s unbelievable! I could stay here all day rambling how much I love these two but I won’t
generalzaroff: Fanimation by me. Garnet and Steven singing “American Boy” by Estelle.cuz why not
brideake: request for mom garnet and steven i forgot to post this..
mitcheloi: Pearl… AND STEVEN!Aahahha this took me so long I die now. This is my contribution to the fandom I suppose :’D Also on Deviantart: http://fav.me/d9q60xj Next up I’ll be drawing Garnet and Steven!
The first issue of Steven Universe and the Crystal Gems is really interesting and adorable but my favorite thing has to be this exchange between Garnet and Pearl where Garnet describes a sleeping bag as “a hug for your whole body” and Pearl agrees
Garnet and Amethyst only cry a few times so there’s not much to choose from and so there’s a clear 'best example’ of them crying that I can gif. Ruby and Sapphire both only cry once so there was no decision to be made therePearl and Steven, on
Garnet and Ice Bear practicing unsafe vehicle riding habits (but looking good doing it)
There was so much great stuff in this episode that I totally forgot to acknowledge how adorable the opening scene is, where Garnet and Pearl were baking in the kitchen while, only a few feet away, Steven and Amethyst were sat on the living room floor
rnn-draws: Some revisions from Reunited parts 1 and 2 including The Only Good Connies I’ll Ever Draw, Garnet and Steven stuff because I’m really invested in Garnet and Steven, some dads, and a few crybabies. Last two in the set are some rims I did
garduck:Garnet and Steven are sooo aunt and niece 😍
thefingerfuckingfemalefury: lionantlers: the-fury-of-a-time-lord: whimmy-bam: Garnet’s Universe — S1xE33 NO BUT THIS WAS THE CUTEST FUCKING THING THE SERIES HAS EVER DONE GARNET LOVES STEVEN SO MUCH AND JUST BECAUSE SHE’S SUPER SERIOUS AND

generalzaroff: Fanimation by me. Garnet and Steven singing “American Boy” by Estelle. cuz why not
garnet and peridot didn’t make it. Greg is on life support. Lion started watching regular show to survive.
‘And never gonna stop, what we made togetherWe are gonna stay like this, forever,…’I’m still not over these two
Okay, but I’m like 100% sure that Connie’s gonna be like ‘Wait, why won’t you give Jamie a chance?’ and Steven and Garnet will have to try and explain
They’re going Christmas shopping together because Steven wants to get a buncha stuff for his family and friends and Garnet is large and strong and will carry the presents and Steven when his feetsies hurt from shopping all day( Don’t worry, Steven
squaremomgsquad: cant-get-enough-pearl: Stills from episodes Barn Mates, Hit the Diamond and Steven Floats. From this very interesting interview! The last one is my favorite. *snaps picture with mental camera* It’ll be with me forever.
As always I must focus on the Garnet part of the episodes so here are some great parts and by great parts, I mean every scene she was in-Garnet and Steven doing the thing where he sits inbetween her legs is the cutest continuity thing ever omfg-I totally
Garnet and Greg used to play Tennis together on the weekends okay, They’re gonna start up again once Greg figures out a way to beat an super strong alien woman with future vision
