Enjoyed a nice walk on post today :) Juvia saw soldiers on the other side of the road and got so upset when she realized they weren’t Nick lol. Poor thing. He leaves tomorrow morning to go to Texas to *finally* get our car back!

Went to the zoo today! I got to feed giraffes today and it was the best thing ever. I saw so many animals I’ve never seen in person before, like that mountain lion, or the rhinoceros or the hippos. In the reptile house, there was the sweetest

I had a dream that my parents tried to make me move to fort Bragg with them. They were getting mad at me, and I didn’t want to go, and it was only towards the end of that dream that my dream self remembered I am with Nick at fort Carson now.

I listed some coupons on a Fort carson yardsale/freebies page and holy mother of god i’m just going to leave my extra coupons on the shelves next time lol.
I walked the puppy for about 40 mins in an effort to tire her out and I think it worked. Plus today’s weather is super nice :)
It’s absolutely gorgeous todayI walked both the dogs separately for 45 mins each. There were quite a few soldiers doing PT outside and Juvia pleasantly surprised me by not pulling so hard when they went by. It’s a fantastic day :)
texas-khaleesi:Blake and I are discussing our next duty station options, and Fort Carson is at the top of the list right now for both of us. The main reason being that Colorado Springs has a Cavender’s store and I could easily transfer my job up there
