Brandi is one of the most amazing women I’ve met recently on my search for new models. Not only is she physically gorgeous, but she’s as sweet and good-natured as you could ever ask a person to be. We just spent a nice little afternoon being
She was just too cute, I couldn’t help but ask to take her photo. Comments/Questions?

I met Maya last Friday night at the San Luis Obispo Chapter of Pecha Kucha, a lecture series I was asked to take part in. She immediate struck me as sincere, mature, self-aware, and fun. Though I talked to a lot of people that night, she easily stood
Almost four months pregnant, my model Sarah asked me to shoot her wedding earlier this month. Though I was coming down with a cold that day, I was there from when she started getting dressed until after everyone was eating dinner. Needless to say, a very

Chelsea is eighteen years old, graced with a calm and maturity that defies her age. When asked about her experiences with men, she said “Needy, clingy guys seem to be a recent ailment of mine.” Comments/Questions?
Sara doesn’t like to wear a bra, preferring a lack of restriction on what she humbly refers to as her “perfect breasts”, opting instead to cover her nipples with duct tape. When asked why, she simply states “I just don’t
Sara came back home from college for another visit this weekend and asked if I wanted to take more photos of her. Silly question. When I asked what she was up for, she said her usual “I’m open to anything.” Today I learned what she means
My model Cherish is dating a great guy, a comic book geek much like I was at a young age. Unlike me, however, he’s a DC fan and loves the Flash, so she asked if we could do a Flash-inspired shoot today as a gift for him for Valentine’s Day.
My friend and model Brenna came to crash on my couch for the weekend before going back to star in another play up north, but we didn’t have a whole lot planned. Thankfully, my other buddy, Jenna, called and asked what I was doing that evening. Withi

For years my friends and models have been asking me to make them mermaids. Without really trying, I think I may just have done it with Erin. Weird. Questions/Comments?
I get approached, both online and in person, by many women every week asking to pose for me. I always try to be polite and complimentary, but invariably I say no. To be honest, I’ve lost a lot of interest in finding new models. As my dad always
During our day-long shoot in a friend’s abandoned house, I couldn’t resist asking Erin to shoot in the shower. Thankfully she’s usually game for just about anything. It only shows how pathetic of a religion and history nerd I am that,
Had an impromptu test shoot today with a lovely Mexican woman, a friend of one of my models. With the smoke machine on, I asked her to make a silly face and she grabbed her breasts, squeezed, and made a “grr” sound. I chose not to correct
Kendra’s response to my asking “How would you get out of a traffic ticket?” I almost spit out my drink. Comments/Questions?
I’ve received a lot of questions asking about the kinds of models I like working with and I always give the same answer: They must have a fun personality and not take themselves so seriously. A perfect and most recent example is my friend Kendra.
A friend saw an image of a model in a kitchen and asked if I could recreate it with her. Usually I’m not the kind of person to do so since I not only want to make original work at all times but also don’t like copying other people. Still,
Several people asked for a better look at Jesslyn from the last image I posted. I’m still having hacker issues with my Tumblr account, so though I tried to post this as my last post of 2012 yesterday I guess I’ll post it as my first of 2013.
On Hattie Watson: From my small but loyal following I have been repeatedly asked what Hattie is like in person, which I always find kind of funny. You have to realize I’ve only met the lady twice now, so I would never admit to knowing what makes
Here’s Jesslyn wearing the odd contraption I worked on as a top and the hoop skirt I made the week before. People often ask me why I continue to experiment, which seems a bit of a silly question. I guess I’ve gotten a handle on certain aspects
People have asked me what it is like to work with Roarie Yum. I think this photo sums up the experience fully: naked, fun, and always unexpected.Comments/Questions?
Senior portrait sessions can be boring and a bit tedious, ask any photographer. Thankfully I have known Natalie’s mother for most of her life, so when it came time to shoot Nat’s senior pics she was open in what Nat wanted. We met at the famou

Someone asked for pics of me in jeans… Almost have them on!
I’ve been asked more than once for some more images with my feet. Hope you like!
I have a long time fan that has asked repeatedly for images of me in jeans. I can’t and won’t do everything that is asked of me but this was something that I felt like could be done ala TBL.
I’ll finish the stripping librarian thing in due time but I wanted to do something different to start the weekend. Or different from that. I’ll start with some feet! Enjoy all of those folks that asked!
In answer to the question that has been asked a million times, “Why yes, I do!” Happy Halloween! No trick just a treat. Or a handful of them… Be safe and have fun!
Remember when I asked about what set you all wanted me to post and we had a little vote? It was a neck and neck race and I honored all of the requests but ‘all of the above’. Worked on that but haven’t gotten the results that satisfy
My love of the abstract and cool leggings and stockings combined.(stockings from American Apparel - at least one person will ask and this time I’m ahead of the game)

I often get asked how many piercings I have. 7 total. 5 here. 3 hood piercings (NOT clit piercings as they are dangerous) and 2 lab piercings. And yes. They are fun. And interesting….
You asked for more quads…
I’ve been hearing an alarming increase–from model friends, from potential subjects–in the number of predatory situations they’re encountering with various photographers. Apparently, consent still isn’t understood–which honestly
