harrypotterconfessions: I’ve always been upset that Harry never reached out to Lupin the same way he reached out to Sirius. I know he’s not the same, but I always felt Lupin could also be a father figure.
harrypotterconfessions: I side-eye people who say that Slytherins are racists or Snape is a bad guy forever. Do you people know what a “halfblood” is? Ever stopped to think that a lot of Slytherins are halfbloods and probably muggleborns too? Or

harrypotterconfessions: yoncehaunted: *SHOUTING TO THE HEAVENS* SURPRISE ITS ABOUT SNAPE. A TWIST, WAS NOT EXPECTING
harrypotterconfessions: sparkitors: The BRILLZ-WITH-SKILLZ-TO-PAY-THE-BILLZ Vitoria Bas illustrated 17 Instagrams straight from the cell phones of Draco, Hermione, Harry, & more—and don’t even try to tell us that cell phones don’t work at
harrypotterconfessions: simplydrarry: all-about-rupes: peaceofseoul: The Golden Trio! This is perfect in every way possible! This is amazing art oh my goodness 😍 i like that harrys scar is like an actual lightning bolt struck him in the face
harrypotterconfessions: If there’s one moment in which I hated Harry in the series it’s when he went ‘You’re not going to start crying again, are you?’ to Cho in OoTP. Deriding her as the human hosepipe for getting weepy over her dead boyfriend
harrypotterconfessions: Augusta Longbottom should be as hated and berated for her neglect and abuse of Neville as Petunia Dursley is of Harry. Probably. But we lack enough specific evidence. We only see a few (damning) interactions between them.
harrypotterconfessions: [[ After all this “scandal,” I’ve been thinking a bit about who a good partner for Hermione would have been. I like her with Ron, but it has always felt a little off to me for some reason. I think a really great twist would
harrypotterconfessions: lillianloverly: THIS IS A PSA THIS APP IS CALLED SAFETREK AND IS ABSOLUTELY INVALUABLE TO ANYONE WALKING ANYWHERE WHERE THEY DONT FEEL SAFE YOU ENTER YOUR INFO AND SET A PIN AND THEN WHENEVER YOU DONT FEEL SAFE, YOU HOLD DOWN
harrypotterconfessions: thatsadifferentstory: A patronus, Harry tells Hermione, is acing a test and the warmth of a butterbeer between your hands. It is your friends holding you when you fall, and Ron’s sparkling eyes when you whisper hi. And there’s
harrypotterconfessions: saw this, laughed, spilled coffee on the table, laughed some more.
harrypotterconfessions: I was more sad about Sirius’ death for Remus than I was for Harry because Harry still had the Weasleys and Hermione as family, and Remus would be able to tell him about his parents and Sirius. But Remus, he didn’t have anyone
harrypotterconfessions: Molly Weasley was the freaking best y’all
harrypotterconfessions: When just SS, CoS, and PoA were out, I used to argue with my best friend over how to pronounce Hermione’s name. She and her whole family always pronounced it “her-me-own”, and made fun of me for saying “her-my-oh-knee”.
harrypotterconfessions: I really wish that Harry would have express more about how he felt when Hedwig died. Her death was one of the saddest to me and I felt like he mention his feelings about her death in only 2 or 3 sentences, unlike Sirius’s and
harrypotterconfessions: Everybody seems to have forgotten that Ron was under severe influence of the Horcrux when he left Harry and Hermione. (remember he was wearing it before and during his argument, meaning the dark affects of the Horcrux would’ve
harrypotterconfessions: I think it’s sad that Ron gets as much hate as he does, even though he’s only human like Hermione & Harry. However, Hermione’s clever and Harry’s the Chosen One, so their faults are overlooked. Ron has five older brothers,
harrypotterconfessions: I would love JK Rowling to write a list of birth dates and even death dates of everyone. I would love to know what age Harry Potter lived to.
harrypotterconfessions: I never understood why Hermione would spend so much time at the Weasleys every summer and rarely ever mention her parents. She is away most the year and I would have thought she would have spent more time at home when she wasn’t
harrypotterconfessions: My father never read past the third HP book and once told me when the last one came out he thought “Always” was Snape’s response to Dumbledore asking how long he’d been loyal to Voldemort. He remains convinced this would
harrypotterconfessions: I only ever study in the old wing of the library. It’s full of old books and antique desks and bookcases. It makes me feel like I’m studying muggle studies in the Hogwarts library.
harrypotterconfessions: Every time I hang out with my friend we fight because we both have different opinions on Draco. I genuinely enjoyed reading about and watching his character, while my friend thinks the series would have been better without him.
harrypotterconfessions: I can’t read M-Rated fanfics about Harry Potter. It’s a shame because if it has a really good plot but then it starts getting smutty I have to stop reading it. I just feel like my innocent childhood friends and idols can’t
harrypotterconfessions: Some people say that Ron wasn’t a loyal character because he left Harry and Hermione in DH, but I don’t think that’s true. He IS loyal, but in that scene his loyalty to his family was stronger than his loyalty to them. I
harrypotterconfessions: Wolfstar doesn’t make any sense to me. Remus and Sirius both suspected each other of being traitors to the point that Sirius didn’t even trust that he could say that Peter was the new secret keeper. That doesn’t sound like

harrypotterconfessions: I found Dobby’s death in the movie cringeworthy. The movie tried to make it really dramatic, but it fell flat (for me personally). He was a wonderful character and part of the books. It’s sad that the movies reduced him to
harrypotterconfessions: It’s a bit odd how charaters like Snape and Draco get redemption archs but not Pansy. I know she did mean things, but so did Snape and Draco and they at the very least tourtured a few people to prove Voldemort they where on
harrypotterconfessions: The one thing I always wanted most out of the movies was that scene in Order of the Phenix when Ron gets attacked by a tank of brains. (Tech’s note: SAMESAMESAMESAME)
harrypotterconfessions: When the trio had to take turns wearing the horcrux, it enhanced all their bad thoughts and Harry couldn’t even cast a patronus. Umbridge on the other hand wore it to work to enhance her own blood staus, reveled in interrogating
harrypotterconfessions: My friend struggles hard to read and cant afford the harry potter books so every night over Skype I’ll read him a chapter of Harry Potter every night just before he goes to bed. We are on book 2 chapter 4. his favourite character

harrypotterconfessions: I wish we could have heard Sirius sing ‘God Rest Ye Merry Hippogriffs’ during Christmas in the Order of the Phoenix.
harrypotterconfessions: My sister watches all the movies all the time, but refuses to read the books. That really bothers me. You don’t get the full, real story unless you read the books. I’m not saying you’re not a fan if you haven’t read the
harrypotterconfessions: I think it would have been really cool if Harry’s patronus was a fawn because his dad’s was a stag and his mom’s was a doe. Then their patronuses would have been a little family.
harrypotterconfessions: mugglemadammalkins: Ravenclaw inspired look for the holiday season Dear people who love fashion; ^^^^^DIS BLOG.^^^^^ is so good. must promote.
harrypotterconfessions: Emma Watson plays this scene so well. The way she screams and sobs makes me sounds so real it makes me feel bad as if I was really hearing somebody getting tortured. graphic submitted.
harrypotterconfessions: did this just change anyone elses mind about movie remakes?

harrypotterconfessions: Going through everything he did; I don’t think he deserves blame for his flaws. He’s a flawed person. But also, incredibly brave through them. graphic submitted.
harrypotterconfessions: I don’t understand how some find it so hard to forgive characters in the series, when Jo wrote so many who became better people and/or paid for the mistakes they made in the past. graphic submitted.
harrypotterconfessions: There were a lot of little details in the last book that made me cry, but for some reason, one part that gives me insane goosebumps is when Hermione saves Lavender and Trelawney drops the crystal ball on Fenrir Greyback’s
harry potter confessions.
harrypotterconfessions: I hate how people say they don’t want a deathly hallows tattoo because it only represents the last book. Think of what the hallows represent not the symbol. The cloak of invisibility was received in the first book and
harrypotterconfessions: I fu**ing fancied Harry so much in The Prisoner of Azkaban when I was younger. I think it was mainly because of his flawless hair.
harrypotterconfessions: I will still go back and re-read that one chapter over and over. There’s just something about the first experience of seeing into the Wizarding World that is mesmerizing
