sporeprint: Been teaching myself to create animated gifs. This one took about 4 hours to make. It’s not perfect, but I’m posting it anyway. Now that I have the hang of it, next time should be quicker.

I’ve been playing around making some gifs of clips I’ve saved. They seem alright and a bit of fun. I welcome feedback, so I know what’s good and bad and what I should continue doing. A few seem to be getting a lot of notes, so that’s a good sign.

wifestache: So I tried to make some square gifs but holy file size, at 500px wide they were over 4MB. So I had to reduce the dimensions and I made a bunch of tiny ones instead. I think the 2MB limit should be raised to 3 or 4MB, for science of course.
