rockstars-and-spiders-from-mars: “Music means communication to me. I say ‘listen, you people out there. Listen to my music–let’s be one.’ Music is a friend to me when I’m lonely, when I’m blue. You can’t define music ‘cause music is

Contrastate - To the Princes of the New Republics.I love the songs they’ve done with spoken word (more like shouted word, but yeah)
David Lynch - The Big Dream (Venetian Snares remix). This is a great song, and this remix is incredible. I always queue it up at the end of the album when i listen to it. It’s a lot different than the original version, but in a wonderful way.
Arcturus - For to End Yet Again.I’m surprised i never found this stuff before, since i’ve been a fan of Ulver for years, and its mastermind, Kristoffer Rygg was the vocalist in this band. (He left after this album though) But anyway, this stuff is

Luna - Ashes to Ashes (full album) .I’m really digging this band
Low - Do You Know How To Waltz?.This is really awesome. I like when bands have abstract moments… i mean, if the last 10 minutes of this song can even be called a mere moment

My Dying Bride - Sear Me MCMXCIII.One of those bands that has a [generous] handful of really amazing songs even though the majority of their work isn’t really to my taste. This is one of the really amazing ones.
It’s a good day to start off with some Goldfrapp
Hevisaurus - Kapteeni Koukku.Ok, so Finland has dinosaur metal for their kidswhat do our kids havecompared to that, nothing
Klan X - Alarma General - Siglo XXI.This is pretty awesome. Wish i could find this album… seems everything on that Radiooooo site is too obscure to exist though :[

Ixion - Fade to Blue.A really great album closer
Beck - The New Pollution. The 90s were so good to us, but we didn’t realize it until after they were gone and the world forgot itselfAlso this is one of the best, most iconic songs of the 20th century, if any of you are not familiar with it and wish
