Been a while since Lapras was last drawn up for any reason. Guess I still have an affinity for water types. The propose of this was to test out how quickly Photoshop Touch works with special text effects. So far it is closer to what I would work with
Just the drawing process from working in Procreate, however Inkpad was used for the panel creation.
I’m trying out another app called Inkpad with Procreate for the word bubbles. kind of takes a little longer to make the bubbles, though I bet custom bubbles could be made. the cool thing steams from creating panels in inkpad and being able to copy
