I’m so proud of myself…I’ve mad tremendous improvements with controlling my diabetes. I still have a long way to go, but I ca trying. n__n I just made my dinner for the next 5 days.
2 miles in 15 minutes 15 seconds…better than the day before! I making progress guys! I’ll get that body that I want lol Oh shit I forgot deodorant. Good thing I’m not here with anyone. Lol
I’m getting there guys. I’m really liking my arms, and my stomach is getting there. This is just the beginning, and I’ve been really motivated. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in a year!
Another record of mine beaten! Yesterday I believe I was at 14 minutes 54 seconds and today I’m at 14 minutes and 43 seconds! :)
You think I’m fuckin around when I train? Just beat another time. Last time it was 14 minutes and 43 seconds, and this time it came out to be 14 mins. and 17 seconds.

Progress each night. I better not hurt myself. I need to start being smarter. However yesterday I was at 14 mins. and 5 seconds and tonight I’m at 13 mins. And 56 seconds.
Adding an incline on the treadmill is fuckin hard! 13 minutes and 49 seconds is what I got last time running 2 miles and this time I got 13 minutes and 46 seconds with 1.0 incline…tonight is leg night😅
So I’ve been set back pretty far, but I just got to keep myself motivated. My breathing is okay, a little wheezey, but nothing I can’t handle. Yay to getting sick and coming back to being a gym rat.

Workout Routine
Well now I know why my heart was hurting. It was because for some reason my body wasn’t absorbing the insulin from my insulin pump. The blood sugar was too high for the meter to read. Now I just need to drink lots of water, flush the ketones out

Running
The month of January. So far I’ve meal prepped for one week of the year. I’m going to keep this up! I’ve been running a lot more and been going to the gym as well. I think I’m going to post one progress picture a month and then
Week 2 of meal prepping all ready to go! I made salads for dinner, quinoa penne pasta with homemade pasta sauce for lunch, and for breakfast I’ll have fruits with yogurt and maybe cook eggs on the side of that (idk).
Ran about 10 miles, the distance is a little off so I couldn’t have been exact. 2nd time doing it and I feel great! It was a little easier this time.
So I wanted to post another douchey progress pic. because I felt really proud of myself tonight. It’s been a while since I actually made myself struggle. However, even though I was pretty mad at myself about the number of pushups I could do and
I feel like I’m doing good for myself. :) I’ve been training a lot harder with karate, and eating somewhat healthier. Don’t mind the hair I can’t get a haircut, because of the show I’m in.
