Winter workout.
2 miles in 15 minutes 15 seconds…better than the day before! I making progress guys! I’ll get that body that I want lol Oh shit I forgot deodorant. Good thing I’m not here with anyone. Lol
I’ll always strive to beat my time! Last time I ran two miles in 15 minutes and 15 seconds, and this time I ran 2 miles in 14 minutes and 54 seconds! Fuck yeah!
I’m getting there guys. I’m really liking my arms, and my stomach is getting there. This is just the beginning, and I’ve been really motivated. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in a year!
Another record of mine beaten! Yesterday I believe I was at 14 minutes 54 seconds and today I’m at 14 minutes and 43 seconds! :)
I’m going to keep on trying until I absolutely can’t go no further. The time last time was 14 mins. 17 seconds, and this time it came out to be 14 mins. and 5 seconds. Now I just need to start eating better n__n.
Progress each night. I better not hurt myself. I need to start being smarter. However yesterday I was at 14 mins. and 5 seconds and tonight I’m at 13 mins. And 56 seconds.
Adding an incline on the treadmill is fuckin hard! 13 minutes and 49 seconds is what I got last time running 2 miles and this time I got 13 minutes and 46 seconds with 1.0 incline…tonight is leg night😅
Workout Routine
Well now I know why my heart was hurting. It was because for some reason my body wasn’t absorbing the insulin from my insulin pump. The blood sugar was too high for the meter to read. Now I just need to drink lots of water, flush the ketones out

No matter how much I workout or eat healthy I will never be able to take a picture that satisfies my progress/improvements. Well, yet, but I’m still going at it all!

So I may not have that nice of a stomach yet, but I’m really liking the way my upper body is starting to look! n__n
Ran about 10 miles, the distance is a little off so I couldn’t have been exact. 2nd time doing it and I feel great! It was a little easier this time.

Did a short leg day today at the gym, but when you work at a three story restaurant with adding a basement as well it helps a lot!
