matt-delancy: The office’s branch in California asked whether I would like to come here to Miami, since there was a shortage of people in my department. It was pretty depressive to live in the place I thought I would be living with my wife, so, I thought
matt-delancy: Not really. I bounced around quite a few places when I was growing up. California was just where I ended up staying for the longest… Oh okay. Is that where you went to school too?
matt-delancy: Not really either… I’ve graduated college from Michigan University and, before that… Well, things were just messy. I would move every two years or so, meaning I studied at a lot of places… Ah okay. I’ve never been to Michigan.
matt-delancy: Honestly excruciating! If the program around there wasn’t good, I could have never forced myself to endure the time I spent there. I’m strictly a beach kind of guy. I like the hot sunny weather, and, there they’ve got none of that…
matt-delancy: Oh, don’t even get me started on those. Most of the times I felt like a penguin! I had on so many layers of clothes I didn’t feel like doing anything outside… Oregon can get like that, especially in Tillamook where I lived. ,
matt-delancy: Jeez, how were you able to endure somewhere like that for so long? I’ve made a promise to myself never to live in a place like that ever again… It was home. And it was all I ever knew. I had never left the state before going off

matt-delancy: I don’t know… I mean, hate is still quite a strong emotion, and, if people hate you or you hate them, you can always avoid it. Being pitied is sometimes people do silently, and it’s just terrible… Yeah that’s true. And even
