i am tired. i did an easy workout c25k week one, day one, but i also woke up early to begin a rough draft and instead rambled about something that has been buzzing in my head for six months and a recent comment just pushed it over the top. but either

Cool! reannanatalia shared her post: no gym due to another ice storm so i did a body-weight circuit. probably should do this more often and cut back on the heavy lifts until i master the body-weight stuff + c25k for now. i can barely due a proper push-up,
oh, i skipped it last week ( oops) but i’m starting back on c25k tomorrow with a calisthenic warm-up for a few trouble points.
this morning, c25k week 2 kick my butt. ran at 8mph, recovered at 3mph. got almost 300 points, so hopefully the rising points will keep me going. it wasn’t bad. i see this as a necessary thing. it’s the simplest way to up my cardio quickly.
Its 9:30 and I’m already wishing today was over. interview in t minus 2 hours. 75 minutes of class, run home to fix my hair and slather concealer on my face and roll out. may or may not go to the gym. C25k is really kinda not prioritized like i
