wallscratches: Whenever I get a bit discouraged by my art ability in, say, inking or shading or whatnot, I look up tutorials or just people talking about how -they- do it and experiment with it. I generally don’t follow tutorials -exactly- because

So I’m trying to do a “draw something every day” thing, though given my track record with these things I don’t know how long that will last. But I’m choosing to be optimistic. Also trying to speed up my turnaround for art.

Thanks in part to the awesome new extension on Xkit I was able to move most, if not all, my art to a single new tag so its easy to look up my own art (because my old tag, “my art” which hilarious short-sighted because everyone uses that tag).

I drew Artie as Cookie Cat/Cookie Cat-style. Because she’s a cat-like alien so I figured it fit.
