2 Gauge Circular Barbell! After 2 months with a 4 gauge screw-on ball, it was time to upgrade. The larger jewelry slid with just a hint of tightness. The larger gauge feels great and the weight’s even better.
With the larger gauges, the hole just doesn’t shrink when I remove my jewelry. This is what a 0 gauge hole looks like naked.

Curiosity got the better of me. I’ve been thinking about moving up from 0 to 00 gauge, and wondered if 00 would fit. I reinstalled both my 2 gauge circular barbell and 4 gauge screw-on ball ring just to see about the space in the fistula.
For a really messy piss, try it with two PA rings–2 gauge circular barbell and 4 gauge screw-on ball ring.
See-through PA. I took out the 0 gauge ring and replaced it with a couple of older rings, one 2 gauge, the other 4. I hope to stretch the hole so I can fit in a 00 gauge ring in a few weeks.
Underneath you’ll find the latter–2 gauge circular barbell, 4 gauge screw-on ball and a 2" weighted ball stretcher.
Some more fun with the 1" diameter 0 gauge ring and 4" ball stretcher. Can’t wait to do this again with the 00 gauge ring instead!

All new! 7/16" gauge ¾" length curved barbell with 5/8" balls. With this upgrade, there’s not much room left in my urethra for larger-gauge jewelry. Once again, it just slipped right in and feels great!

Brand new Apadravya and Hafada to replace over-stretched PA. After working hard on my PA, I’m starting all over again with a 8 gauge Apadravya and a 6 gauge hafada. My plan is to stretch them both and use my old PA jewelry. Watch this space
After only 1 week with a solitary 6 gauge hafada, I’ve upgraded to 3 and the beginning of a ladder. Can’t wait for these to heal so I can stretch to 4 gauge and circular barbells or screw-on ball rings that make noise when they collide!
